West Pinoy Clan ‘Hazing Video’ Leon National High School Student

A group high school students in Iloilo City were caught on video allegedly performing hazing on a neophyte dated March 3, 2012. A actual hazing video recorded from a mobile phone was sent to media, the students of Leon National High School, purportedly members of "West Pinoy Clan" fraternity, are seen slapping and punching a blindfolded teen during initiation rites. The school principal of Leon National High School had confirmed that 22 students in the video were enrolled in their school.
