Australian tourists having fun swimming in Manila Floodwaters, Manila, Philippines. A video from PhilStar's Youtube has been circulating wherein it shows three Australian tourists swimming at the Lagusnilad underpass flood waters. Lagusnilad is actually an underpass which turned virtually into a swimming pool with the heavy rains brought about by the monsoon. It is located just in front of the Manila City Hall.
