Roxanne Joy Jesalva, 18, 5’7 1/4” Roxanne Joy represents Daraga, Albay in the Bicol Region. She is currently studying at St. Louis College, taking up Business Administration. Roxanne plays badminton and table tennis. Her pageant experience includes Miss Bicolandia 2011. She also loves playing the guitar and singing.

    Roxanne Joy Jesalva represents SORSOGON CITY and not Daraga, Albay because she was born and residing at OLV Bibincahan, Sorsogon City. And she is studying at THE LEWIS COLLEGE,Cogon Sorsogon City and not at St.Louis College.
