P2, as his fans fondly call him, picked up his guitar and turned Michael Jackson's ''Thriller'' right on its head. Phillip — who was already a fixture in the local Albany, Ga., music scene, according to Albany Uncovered — has a style reminiscent of jam-band musician Dave Matthews. For his last-chance performance, Phillip picked up his guitar again to sing the Usher hit, ''Nice and Slow.'
