Apple's new iPad users are complaining regarding the trouble of picking up wi-fi signals. A rapidly growing thread on Apple Community Support forum received a number of complaints from users who have experienced weak Wi-Fi reception on the new iPad compared to previous model. Many users compared the new iPad with their iPad 2 with one user saying their iPad 2 had twice the signal strength of the previous model, and some were saying the screen is nice but they are thinking of returning the device. This is a problem Apple – you need to fix it, another user replied. "The laptop wifi reception is as strong as it gets, but the iPad only registers a weak signal. Anyone else having similar problems? Any suggestions?" another user was looking for a solution to fix the signal.
