Hayden Kho is no longer a Doctor, his License was Revoked Permanently by PRC. Professional Regulations Commission finally revoked his license as a doctor due to his involvement in sex video scandals in 2009. The Court of Appeals on June 29 released its decision to junk Hayden’s petition to reverse the ruling made by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in 2010 to revoked his privilege to practice medicine due to immorality, dishonorable and unethical conduct related to the case filed against him by Katrina Halili due to controversial scandal videos. The court said a medical practice “is not a natural right but a privilege bestowed by the State on those who show that they possess, and continue to possess, the qualifications required by the conferment of such privilege.”
