BREAKING NEWS: Dolphy is Dead at 83

A very sad news, rest in peace, KING of COMEDY, Dolphy. Kapamilya actress Zsa Zsa Padilla has confirmed to ABS-CBN news that the Comedy King died, Dolphy has passed away. The Philippine King of Comedy Dolphy July 10, 2012 (aged 83) at 8:34 PM has succumbed to illness at the age of 83. Rodolfo Vera Quizon, Sr., known by his screen name Dolphy, was a Filipino comedian-actor in the Philippines. He was widely regarded as the Philippines King of Comedy for his talent to make people laugh by his long roster of works on stage, radio, television and movies. Thank you for decades of laughter. Gone but not forgotten.

    thank you so much mr. dolphy you are always in our heart and mind even if wala ka na sa mundong ito but you are still alive sa bawat isipan nang mga kapwa pilipino. pinatawa,at pinasaya mo kami sobra kahit may problema kami basta mapanood lang namin yong movie mo , wala na , tapos na ang problema namin , thank you talaga sa pagiging bahagi nang buhay namin, kahit di mo kami nakikilala IDOL ka parin namin.
