Veteran actress Amalia Fuentes was stabbed with an umbrella by one of her tenants. Her son Jeric also sustained cuts and bruises during the incident that happened yesterday, July 4, 2012 in their residence at New Manila, Quezon City. According to reports, Amalia Fuentes and her son went to the tenant to inform them that the check payment by the said tenant bounced. It ended up in a heated argument and after few minutes the tenant punched Jeric at the back with a gun. Ms. Fuentes was also punched at the right jaw and was stabbed at the back with an umbrella by the tenant's wife. After the incident, the tenant and his wife managed to escape.
